BI-STATE DRIVING SCHOOL IS A KANSAS LICENSED DRIVING SCHOOL APPROVED BY THE KANSAS BOARD OF EDUCATION AND THE KANSAS DEPARTMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLES. ALL OF OUR TEACHERS ARE LICENSED AND APPROVED BY THE KANSAS BOARD OF EDUCATION.
The
Bi-State Driving School provides services for both Missouri
and Kansas residents. The Kansas Certified Program consist
of 8 hours of classroom training and 6 hours of behind-the-wheel
instruction with certified Kansas driving instructors. The
Bi-State Method of driver training is your assurance that
you will receive the finest professional instructions available
anywhere at any price. We employ fulltime, highly trained
instructors, male and female, dedicated to teaching Defensive
Driving.

The institute of Driver Behavior reports that "four out of five drivers demonstrate by their action in traffic that they fail to recognize a traffic hazard SOON ENOUGH TO PREVENT IT." Correct seeing habits, properly developed, leaves less chance of traffic mishaps. FEW drivers can build correct seeing habits by instinct alone, without professional instruction.

- Basic Vehicle Control and Control Panel
- Signs, Signals and Roadway markings
- Managing Risk with IPDE Process, (Identify, Predict, Decide & Execute), the Smith System (Keep your eyes moving), the Zone System (the front, back & side area of your vehicle)
- Natural laws and Car control, Gravity, Traction Control and Stopping Distance
- Basic Vehicle Maneuvers, Angle, Perpendicular, Parallel, Hill Parking, Changing Lanes and Turnabouts
- Negotiating Intersections, Controlled & Uncontrolled, Right of Way
- Sharing the Roadway with other Roadway's Users
- Accident Free City Driving
- Driving on the Expressways
- Driving in Adverse Conditions, rain, ice and snow
- Handling Emergencies
- Road Rage & Emotions
- Alcohol, Other Drugs & Driving Laws - Emotional, Physical & Financial Effects it has
